Hoosier Laser, Inc. selects only the highest quality products for cutting and engraving. We inspect every item prior to shipment for quality and accuracy, so we can meet our ultimate goal of "0" manufacturing defects.

We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors and product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, please contact Hoosier Laser, Inc. at 812-326-9313 or email sales@hoosierlaser.com. Personalized products where Hoosier Laser, Inc. has made a mistake will be replaced at no cost to you. Errors on your part, however, are non-returnable. Products being custom manufactured or engraved using product supplied by the customer do so at their own risk. Though we will mitigate as many areas of concern and discuss with you beforehand, Hoosier Laser, Inc. is not responsible for damages that may occur due to unknown factors such as materials, coatings on the item, etc.

If there is a quality issue with your item due to manufacturing errors or product defects, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange of the same item. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Prior return authorization approval (RA#) from Hoosier Laser, Inc. must be received prior to returning item. Place the RA# on the outside of the box you are returning. Please note that unauthorized returns may be refused and sent back at the customer's expense.
