Hoosier Laser Graphics selects the highest quality products available. Our technicians inspect every item prior to shipment for quality and accuracy. Our ultimate goal is to achieve "0" manufacturing defects, superior quality and customer service. We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors and product defects. If you should have a quality issue with your order, please contact customer service at 812-326-9313 or email sales@hoosierlaser.com. Personalized products where Hoosier Laser Graphics has made an error will be replaced immediately at no cost. Errors made on your part, however, are not returnable. Please review your order for personalization, and be sure to check spelling, graphics, drawings and dates carefully. Customers requesting personalization, engraving and cutting on items they supply will be done only at the "OWNERS RISK". The material and/or finish on the item can affect the quality of engraving and/or cut. Hoosier Laser Graphics will not be liable for any damages. If there is a quality issue with your item due to manufacturing errors or product defects, you may return it. Item must be in new condition and in its original carton. A prompt replacement will be shipped for the same item. All return shipments are at the customer's expense and must be made within 15 days of receipt. Prior return authorization approval (RA#) from Hoosier Laser Graphics must be received prior to returning item. Place the RA# on the outside of the box you are returning. We reserve the right to reject returns should inspection of returned goods indicate abuse or misuse. Returns received without a return authorization number will not be accepted. Shipping Policy: All orders will be shipped by UPS Ground, UPS Freight or LTL unless otherwise specified by the customer. Overnight service, insurance or special handling is available by contacting customer service at 812-326-9313. We accept no liability for late or damaged goods by the carrier. It is your responsibility to inspect your shipment upon arrival, and file any necessary claims for damage with the carrier. Sales Tax: Orders received from inside the state of Indiana are subject to local state sales tax. Also, any changes in the federal law or other state laws which require sales tax deduction will apply. Copyrights and Trademarks: Hoosier Laser Graphics, LLC will not accept any responsibility for copyright violations that may arise from your submission of copyrighted materials or images.
